Late June and early July are pivotal times for those looking to work in entertainment. These are the months that we begin to see Fall Internships opening at some of the industry’s biggest players, including the company behind this blog to begin with: NBCUniversal
NBCUniversal is one of the top employers of Emerson College alumni. With a massive catalogue of productions in both LA and NYC, it’s no wonder that so many of our media and communications savvy graduates gravitate toward this industry juggernaut. For those seeking opportunities during their time in college, however, it’s been a bit of a different story.
NBCUniversal’s Fall and Spring internships prior to this year have required in-person work based out of their studios in either LA or NYC. You can imagine with the majority of our students being Boston-based that this has severely limited our students’ ability to take part in the programs. But with a number of opportunities going remote this Fall, this is the perfect chance for our students to get involved.
