Getting Started:
Every student is assigned a Career Counselor based on their program of study. This is the counselor you’ll be working with throughout your time at Emerson College and possibly beyond.
Our counselors are here to support you throughout your time at Emerson and beyond graduation, as Emerson alumni can continue to connect with the Career Development Center. You can meet with any of our career counselors by scheduling an appointment where they can cover everything from resume reviews to preparing you for your next interview. Appointment Types include:
- Resume & Cover Letter Review
- Networking
- Internship Search
- Job Search
- Interview Preparation
- ELA Preparation
- Career Design Planning
How to Schedule an Appointment:
Students can schedule appointments directly through Handshake. You may either click here or review the following instructions:
- Log into your account at emerson.edu/handshake/. All current students have accounts connected to their Emerson credentials.
- Select the “Career Center” tab on Handshake and click “Appointments”
- Select the topic you’re interested in meeting about and share some quick information for what you’re looking for.
