Mary Kennedy
A Boston Native, you can see her as recurring character “New Fiona” on Shameless, Season 7 and in two episodes of Shameless Hall of Shame for the final season on Showtime.
She wrote and stars in her one woman show, Mid Life Mood Swing, about being a roadie for her mom’s wedding band in the 80’s. It premiered in Los Angeles and now is touring.
In Los Angeles, she was in the theatre production of AfterGlow the ‘80s Musical Experience with the #originalgorgeousladiesofwrestling (GLOW) as the legendary manager, Jackie Stallone which Kennedy received two Broadway World Award Nominations for Best Supporting Actor and subsequently won a Best Ensemble Award.
Films include, Dan Brown’s film Your Lucky Day. Dylan Vox’s film, Tales of a Fifth Grade Robin Hood with Jon Lovitz and Stephen Glickman. Free Chair a film by Amy Anderson, Sherman Oaks Film Festival honoree. Tiffany Johnson’s film Girl Callin with production company REFINERY 29 and it premiered at the Palm Springs International Film Festival. She also was in Shattered as Mrs. Searcy, Starring Ray Wise, Molly Burnett and Arianna Zucker.
A Professional Comedian, she Headlines all over the country and appears regularly at Flappers Comedy Club, The Comedy Store and The Laugh Factory in Los Angeles. She toured nationally with Mom’s Night Out. Recently she appeared in the LIVE version of Showtime’s Comedy Special, Funny Women of a Certain Age, with Carole Montgomery, Executive Producer/Headlining Comic and Actress.
