This is the most common question we’re hearing from students and alumni entering or moving within the workforce. And it’s a valid question to ask: Who is hiring right now?
Let’s address the elephant in the room as we’re sure you’ve been hearing this over the past week. You may have heard some variation of the following…
“No one is hiring.”
We’ve got one answer to this response:
Take a deep breath and just know: Yes. Employers are still hiring.
Recruiting trends are still hard to track given the uncertain situation we’re in, but a number of employers have confirmed their plans to continue hiring. This includes Remote Work Companies we called out in a recent hot list as well as a number of employers we work with throughout the year.
Our office is going to be organizing a list of companies we’re reaching out to who have expressed interest in continuing to recruit students, recent grads, and alumni.
