David Kumar ’17 shares his Internship Success Story at Brain Power

My name is David Kumar, and I’m graduating this May from Emerson College. I have been working with Brain Power since November of 2016. Brain Power has developed the first augmented reality classroom for children with autism. I first heard about Brain Power during the Fall Internship Fair.

They are an amazing group of people on an even more amazing mission. I was asked to come to an interview shortly after the internship fair. At the interview, I met Ned, the Founder and CEO, who has a real heart of gold. Ned is an amazing guy to work for, he is so dedicated to his mission and wants to help as many people as he can. Not long after my interview I was asked to join the team as a part-time intern during the semester, and recently joined the staff full time. Being one of the video staff has given me the opportunity to see just how much this company has accomplished and how many people we have been able to connect with and help.

I really hope you consider coming out to interview for one of our positions. Thank you. – David
